1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website, services, and training products provided by Australian Institute of Technology Transfer (AITT) (“AITT”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, enrolling in a course, or participating in training delivered by AITT, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
AITT is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that delivers nationally recognised and non-accredited training and related education services.
Our services may include:
delivery of training and assessment
student support services
issuance of qualifications and statements of attainment (where competency requirements are met)
access to learning management systems (LMS), student portals, and learning materials
3. Enrolment and Eligibility
By enrolling in a course with AITT, you confirm that:
the information you provide is accurate and complete
you meet the entry requirements for the course
you understand any mandatory requirements such as work placement, licensing, or prerequisite units
you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
AITT reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrolment where eligibility requirements are not met or information provided is inaccurate or misleading.
4. Fees, Charges, and Payments
Course fees, payment schedules, and applicable charges are disclosed prior to enrolment.
By enrolling, you agree to:
pay all fees in accordance with the agreed payment terms
comply with any payment plan arrangements
understand that non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of enrolment
Refunds, withdrawals, and fee protections are managed in accordance with AITT’s Fees, Refunds, and Withdrawal Policy, which is available upon request or on our website.
5. Training Delivery and Assessment
AITT will deliver training and assessment in accordance with:
the Standards for RTOs 2015
relevant Training Package or accredited course requirements
regulatory and funding obligations (where applicable)
Students are responsible for:
active participation in training and assessment activities
submission of required assessment evidence
maintaining academic integrity and complying with assessment conditions
6. Student Conduct
Students are expected to:
behave respectfully towards staff, trainers, and other students
comply with AITT policies and procedures
use AITT systems and resources responsibly
AITT reserves the right to suspend or cancel enrolment where a student engages in misconduct, breaches policy, or disrupts the learning environment.
7. Learning Materials and Intellectual Property
All training materials, content, and resources provided by AITT remain the intellectual property of AITT or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Students may:
use materials for personal study purposes only
Students must not:
reproduce, distribute, or publish materials without written permission
use AITT content for commercial purposes
8. Website Use
When using the AITT website, you agree not to:
misuse or interfere with website functionality
attempt unauthorised access to systems or data
upload or transmit malicious or harmful content
AITT does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access and may modify or suspend website content at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
AITT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our services or website
AITT’s liability is limited to resupplying services or refunding fees where required under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under law.
