What are the actual qualifications available?
There are three nationally recognised qualifications: 11263NAT Certificate III in Work Skills for Career Enhancement and Management, 11264NAT Certificate IV in Work Skills for Career Enhancement and Management, 11265NAT Diploma of Work Skills for Career Advancement and Management.

Core Skills, Foundation Skills and Employability Skills
Work Skills encompasses elements of Core, Foundation, Employability and Business skills, presented in programs tailored to performing real work and contributing effectively within a workplace — rather than focusing solely on academic or theoretical learning.

How we created work skills
We partnered with over 80 organisations to identify the key skills employers and industry are seeking. Based on these findings, we secured accreditation for three qualifications — Certificate III, Certificate IV, and Diploma. AITT is proud to be the only Registered Training Organisation delivering nationally recognised Work Skills qualifications.

Our Vision for Work Skills
Our vision is for every student graduating from an Australian high school to hold a recognised qualification in Work Skills. We envision a future where every member of Australia’s workforce is equipped with Work Skills qualifications that strengthen capability, employability, and national productivity.
