Description of Qualification
The Dual Diploma of Business and Leadership & Management equips learners with the skills and knowledge to operate confidently in leadership, supervisory, and organisational development roles. This integrated qualification builds strong capability in managing teams, leading effective workplace relationships, planning and implementing improvement strategies, overseeing operations, and driving sustainable business outcomes.
Learners develop a comprehensive understanding of business environments, leadership behaviours, professional communication, project and resource management, and continuous improvement practices.
Learners build confidence, professional behaviours and digital capability through engaging, real-world learning experiences, including interactive modules and scenario-based projects designed to mirror genuine workplace expectations.

Supported Self-paced learning
Ideal for learners balancing work, leadership responsibilities, or other commitments. You’ll receive access to comprehensive learning resources, including a simulated digital workplace where you can complete practical tasks and assessments. Support is available through optional live online sessions, recorded lectures, discussion forums, and trainer guidance—allowing you to progress at your own pace while staying fully supported.
Live Virtual Classes
Regular live online sessions are delivered with active trainer support. These sessions focus on practical application, case studies, and guided discussions aligned to real business and leadership contexts. Where learners do not have access to a suitable workplace, structured simulated scenarios are provided to ensure all assessment requirements are met.
Face-to-Face Training (Corporate Bookings Only)
Designed for organisations and groups who benefit from in-person collaboration. Participants engage in interactive workshops facilitated by experienced trainers, supported by our education and administration team. Learning is hands-on and contextualised to your organisation, with group activities, discussions, and project-based assessments. Delivery is available at our Bentley (WA) or Elizabeth (SA) campuses, or onsite by arrangement.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Best suited to experienced professionals seeking to formalise their business or leadership capability. RPL enables your existing skills, knowledge, and work experience to be assessed against the qualification requirements. With expert guidance, you can fast-track completion through evidence gathering—without attending classes—minimising disruption to your professional commitments.

The total cost of this qualification for private students is $2,900.
Corporate and organisational bookings may attract higher fees due to the need for tailored delivery, customised resources, on-site or group training, additional coordination, and optional inclusions such as catering or extended support.
This course is only offered by payment plan for private students.
