                          Regular live online sessions are delivered with active trainer support. Where learners do not have access to a suitable workplace, structured simulated scenarios are provided to ensure all assessment requirements are met.

                          Designed for organisations and groups who benefit from in-person collaboration. Participants engage in interactive workshops facilitated by experienced trainers, supported by our education and administration team. Learning is hands-on and contextualised to your organisation, with group activities, discussions, and project-based assessments. Delivery is available at our Bentley (WA) or Elizabeth (SA) campuses, or onsite by arrangement.

                          Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

                          Best suited to experienced professionals seeking to formalise their business or leadership capability. RPL enables your existing skills, knowledge, and work experience to be assessed against the qualification requirements. With expert guidance, you can fast-track completion through evidence gathering—without attending classes—minimising disruption to your professional commitments.

This assessment is designed to identify any support you might need in key areas such as learning, reading, writing, oral communication, and numeracy, ensuring that tailored assistance is available to enhance your core skills.                           To enrol in this qualification you must be able to demonstrate vocational competence in your proposed training and assessing area. Vocational competence is defined as broad industry knowledge and experience, and may include, but is not limited to, holding a relevant unit of competency or qualification in the area you wish to train and assess in. Each student may be required to undertake an eligibility assessment process to determine their existing vocational competency. The eligibility assessment process will require students to supply copies of their resume along with verified copies of qualifications showing their vocational competencies as a trainer / assessor in their chosen industry. This will be followed by an interview with an AITT Trainer / Assessor (Ref: Training and Assessment Staff below) to determine the level of prior competency. All students enrolling with AITT undertake a pre-enrolment and LLN assessment. If it is determined that assistance is required, AITT can offer advice of alternate learning pathways or refer students to other support, which may include an LLN specialist that will assist them to undertake the relevant qualification of study.
